Primavera Unifier tab - Project Details (P6 EPPM Only)
Use this tab to link a P6 Professional project with a Primavera Unifier project and schedule sheet or summary sheet and to select the mapping definition that will be used during the update.
Schedule Sheet Integration Section
Allow this project to link with a Primavera Unifier Project: Mark to link the open project with a Primavera Unifier project.
Project Name: The name of the Primavera Unifier project. To select a project, click

Schedule Sheet: The name of the Primavera Unifier schedule sheet for the selected project. To select a schedule sheet, click .
Data Mapping: The name of the data mapping defined for the selected schedule sheet. To select a data mapping, click .
Delete from Primavera Unifier any activities no longer in the P6 Schedule: Mark to enable P6 to remove deleted activities.
Only send activities with CBS codes assigned: Mark to only send P6 Professional activities with CBS codes assigned to Primavera Unifier. If you mark this option, relationships will not be sent to the Schedule Sheet.
Summary Sheet Integration Section
Schedule Type: The type of schedule data to send to Primavera Unifier.
- If you choose Cost, costs and units will be sent from P6 Professional to Unifier. Primavera Unifier will not calculate costs.
- If you choose Duration, CBS dates and durations will be sent from P6 Professional and cost spreads will be calculated in Primavera Unifier based on the CBS dates and durations.
- If you choose Resource, CBS dates and durations as well as expense costs will be sent from P6 Professional and costs will be calculated in Primavera Unifier based on Resource unit loading.
Synchronize WBS Hierarchy: Mark to specify that the WBS hierarchy should be sent to Primavera Unifier. If you do not send WBS hierarchy data to Unifier, only summary and spread data will be sent.
- If you select Complete, the entire WBS hierarchy is synchronized with Primavera Unifier.
- If you select Levels, you must enter the number of levels of the WBS hierarchy to synchronize.
- If you select Partial, only those WBS nodes which you select by marking the Integrated WBS field in the WBS view will be synchronized.
Levels: Set the number of WBS levels to synchronize.
Note: You must set up Primavera Gateway integration on the Application Settings page in P6 before you can connect P6 Professional to a Primavera Unifier summary sheet.
