Assigning Permissions for P6 EPPM Reporting (Cloud only)

Complete the following steps to assign permissions for reporting:

Log in to Analytics.
Click Catalog.
Under Shared Folders, highlight the P6Reports folder.
In the Tasks pane, click Permissions.
Select the following checkboxes:
- Apply Permissions to sub-folders
- Apply permissions to items within this folder
Set permissions for the following roles:
- BI Consumer: Open
- BI Content Author: Traverse
- BI Service Administrator: Full Control
Click OK.
