Creating Projects from Existing Projects or Templates

In place of making a project from scratch, you can use a template or a copy of an existing project as a starting point.

To create a project from an existing project or template:

  1. Click Projects.
  2. On the Projects navigation bar, click EPS.
  3. On the EPS page:
    1. Select the EPS element to which you want to add the new project.
    2. Click Row Actions and select Add Project.
    3. In the Add Project dialog box, click the General tab.
    4. On the General tab select an option or enter a value in each required field.
    5. Click the Advanced tab.
    6. Click the Copy from existing project or template field and click Select.
    7. In the Select Project or Template dialog box:
      • Click Projects or Templates.
      • Select a project or template.
      • Click OK.
    8. Select the data items to copy from the project or template.
    9. Click Create.
