Applying Actuals to a Project

Managing the Schedule > About The Apply Actuals Feature

Apply actuals to update progress on the currently selected projects as of the specified data date.

To apply actuals:

1. Click Projects.
2. On the Projects navigation bar, click Activities.
3. On the Activities page:
   1. Click Actions and select Apply Actuals.
   2. In the Apply Actuals dialog box:
      • Select the projects to which you want to apply actuals.
      • Select a date from the New Data Date calendar.
      • Select an option from the Remaining Duration Calculation list.
      • Click Apply.

Tips

• Using the Project Scheduled Services page, you can configure scheduled services that have the application apply actuals automatically.
• These services are removed from the database based on the ASAP Cleanup Rate your P6 administrator specifies on the Configurations tab in Primavera P6 Administrator. Once the time is met all ASAP jobs that have a status other than running or delegated will be removed from the table automatically. Running and delegated jobs will be removed if they are older than the cleanup rate or if they are older than one day, whichever is greater.
