Importing Views

Import views to see the EPS, Activities, and Assignments views used by colleagues in another system.

Click Projects or Resources.
- On the Projects navigation bar, click Activities, EPS, or Assignments then in the Activities or EPS pages.
- On the Resources navigation bar, click Assignments.
Click the Views menu and select Import/Export Views.
Click the Import tab.
On the Import tab:
1. Select Select in the Import File field and select the file to import..
2. Select the views to import from the file.
3. Click Import.

Tips

Global and user views are always imported as user views. Multiple user views are imported as multiple user views. If you have sufficient privileges, you can make views global after you have imported them by copying or moving them to the Global section in Manage Views.
