Configuring Activity Steps

Configure steps to show percent complete and to give a description of the step.

To configure steps:

  1. Click Projects.
  2. On the Projects navigation bar, click Activities.
  3. On the Activities page, select an activity and click the Steps detail window.
  4. In the Steps detail window, repeat the following for each step you need to configure:
    1. Select a step.
    2. Add the columns you need to configure to the detail window if they are not already available, or hide columns, if necessary.
    3. Select an option or enter a value for each field.
