Access Tab of the Customize Dashboard Page

Overview

Use this tab to set user access to the current dashboard.

Screen Elements

This dashboard is available to options

Determines which user accounts can access the current dashboard:

Current User: Limits access to only the current user.

All Users: Provides access to all users.

List of Users: Limits access to a specified list of users. Select the users from a common set of controls.

Tips

You must have the appropriate security privilege to specify All Users access. You cannot change the access setting for a multi-user dashboard created by another user.

Getting Here

Click Dashboards.
On the Dashboards page, select a dashboard.
On the dashboard, click Customize.
On the Dashboard Details page, click the Access tab.
