Select Parent Resource Dialog Box of the Activities Page

Overview

Use this dialog to select a parent resource under which a resource with your name will be created and assigned to your user.

Screen Elements

View Resources By list

Determines which resources to show in the resource list in the Select a Resource dialog box.

Active Resources: Shows all active resources.

All Resources: Shows both active and inactive resources, in the resource hierarchy.

Primary Role: Shows all active resources, grouped by primary role.

Resource Code: Shows all active resources, grouped by resource code.

Resource Team: Shows all active resources, grouped by resource team.

Search field

Activates the search based on your search criteria.

If you are searching for a resource, select a resource field to search.

Resource List

Displays the Resources that match your search criteria.

Add... button

Adds a new resource under the resource selected.

Getting Here

  1. Click Administration.
  2. On the Administration navigation bar, click User Administration.
  3. In the User Administration pane, click Users.
  4. On the Users page, select a login name, click Row Actions and select Create Resource.
