UDF Detail Window of the EPS Page

Overview

Use this detail window to see all the UDFs and their values assigned to the selected project. You can also create or remove a UDF assignment.

All formula UDF that can calculate a value for the selected project are also visible here.

Note: You can only assign cost UDFs to activities here if you have the Edit EPS Costs/Financials privilege assigned for this project.

Screen Elements

Assign... button

Opens the Select UDF dialog box.

Group By list

Groups the data according to your selection.

Customize View

Opens the Customize View dialog box.

Search

Enables you to perform a search based on the value you enter in the search bar.

Note: Only the default fields that appear as columns in the detail window are described below.

User Defined Field field

The name of the user defined field.

Data Type field

The data type of the user defined field.

Value field

The value of the user defined field.

Getting Here

  1. Click Projects.
  2. On the Projects navigation bar, click EPS.
  3. Select a project and click the UDF detail window.
