Filtering Timesheets

Filter your view to help you to see the activities of interest to you at one time. You can filter your view by Projects or WBS nodes using the Project and WBS lists. Standard filters in the Manage Filters page allow you to filter your view by activity status. You can also create a custom filter.

To create a custom filter:

  1. Click Filters and select Manage Filters.....
  2. On the Manage Filters page:
    1. In the filters list:
      • Click Row Actions next to the category Global to create a new filter available to all users or next to the category User to create a new filter available only to you, then click Add.
      • In the Name field, enter a name that describes the filter you are creating.
    2. In the Filter Details area:
      • Configure the filter criteria.
      • Click Row Actions and click Add Above or Add Below to configure additional filtering criteria.
  3. In the filters list, select the filters that you want to apply.
  4. Click Save.
