Moving a Folder

Moving a folder changes the folder location within the same product. You can move any folder either up or down the folder structure. When you move a folder, all associated programs and subfolders are moved as well. There is no limit to the number of times a folder can be moved. Moving is performed on the Edit Folder screen.

Program Version Folders cannot be moved.

1. In the Program Explorer tab, select the folder you want to move and right click. Select Edit Folder.

2. The Edit Folder screen is shown. The folder you have selected to move is displayed in the Name field but not in the tree structure. Double click the destination folder where you want to move to. The Parent Folder field reflects the new path for the folder.

3. If this is correct, click Save. The Edit Folder screen closes, returning you to the Program Explorer tab. Any subfolders are moved as well. Click Close to go back to the Program Explorer tab without saving changes.

4. If your changes are not presenting, click FileReload to refresh the screen.
