Recovery
- This value provides a measure of how many egress messages M3RL discarded because of an internal buffer overflow. This should never occur, but may be caused by an unusually higher setting of either a T1, T3, or T6 time value. The default for these values is set 60ms, but set as high as 2000ms by the user.
- The current M3RL timer values can be viewed and modified at . An internal overflow condition may occur if the IP network is unstable causing M3RL to invoke multiple changeover/changeback procedures as links fail and recover.
- Verify that IP network connectivity exists between the vSTP server and the adjacent servers.
- Check the event history logs for addition vSTP events or alarms from this vSTP server.
- Verify that the adjacent server is not under maintenance.
