Click Insert. Enter the Place Association Name. For more information about Place Association Name, or any of the fields on this screen, see Place Association Insert Elements. Optional: Select a Place Association Type from the list. Click OK to submit the information and return to the Place Associations screen, or click Apply to submit the information and continue adding additional data.
