1 Introduction

• Connectivity loss to Primary SDS NOAM Servers and DR SDS site activation
• A defective DP server
• A defective Query server
• A defective SOAM server
• A defective SDS NOAM server
• A defective SDS NOAM server pair
• A defective SOAM server pair
• A defective CISCO switch
• Total loss of SDS frame
• Total loss of SOAM frame

Assumptions

This procedure assumes the following:

• You understand the topology of SDS and the network configurations.
• You must have an intermediate skill set with command prompt activities on an open systems computing environment such as Linux or TPD.
