Updated the OpenStack version from ROCKY to Train in the VNFM OpenStack Prerequisites section, as the implementation of the 5.4 series is only compatible with the Train version.

The following changes are made in Release 5.4.4.0.0:

• Updated VNFM version to VNFM_5.4.4.0.0_54.11.0 in the Install and Configure VNFM section.
• Updated VNFM version to VNFM_5.4.4.0.0_54.11.0 in the Sample Request for FIXED IP Model section.
