Plan Careers and Successions Overview

Plan Careers and Successions are two separate, but integrated, business processes in HR. The Career Planning business process enables you to create default career paths and to design individual career plans for workers in an organization. The Succession Planning business process enables you to build graphical succession trees by using PeopleSoft Tree Manager and to create successions plans that identify key positions and target key candidates.
