2.9.1 Add Record Table

1. Click Record Table Add.
2. The Add dialog pops up.
3. Enter a new record table name.
4. Select a dictionary.
5. Select a DWH.
6. Enter description text.
7. Click X (Cancel) to close the dialog and return to the list
