Configuring the Local Cache

Administering P6 Professional for Cloud > P6 Professional Cloud Connect > Using Cloud Connect with Client-side Cache Enabled > Offline Mode

Offline mode is available with the P6 Pro Cloud Connect database alias and requires the Primavera Cache Service to be configured in the database alias.

To configure the database alias to use Client-side Cache:

1. Start P6 Professional.
2. In the login dialog box:
   1. Click Edit database configuration.
3. In the Database Configuration dialog box:
   1. Select a database using the P6 Pro Cloud Connect driver type.
   2. Select Enable local cache.
