Configuring Database Instance Settings in the Primavera P6 Administrator

To set your database instance settings:

Open the Primavera P6 Administrator.
In the Authentication tab, select your configuration from the drop-down list.
Select your Database Instance.
In the Authentication Mode drop-down list, select one of the following authentication modes:
Note: Changes to this setting require you to restart the P6 server.
- Native
- WebSSO
- LDAP
  Note: Other authentication modes available in this list are used for P6 EPPM Cloud Service.
