Starting Unifier as an Administrator

The Administrator account is the only account with permissions automatically set for all features. The Administrator cannot be a member of any project, even if created in the Hosting Company.

Every time that you sign in, WebLogic authentication requires that you sign in using your name and password and then use the User control panel option to switch to Admin View; otherwise, the User View is displayed.

  1. In the Sign In window, enter the default Administrator username (Administrator) and password (Administrator).
  2. If this is the first time that you are signing in, change your password when the prompt appears.

    Oracle recommends that you do so immediately for security reasons. After you change your password, Unifier creates your Administrator account.

  3. In the upper-right corner of the user interface (UI), click User control panel, and then select Admin View.
