Land

You can use a Land Shell to keep track of land properties (owned or leased). In addition, you can enable any kind of BP, and managers, under Land type Shell. Land is predesigned Shell type that you can use to create Shells. Land is at the same level as Buildings, in the hierarchy, so when you create a Land Shell, the system places the Shell under the Sites type Shells, similar to Buildings.
