Add a Member Company to a Shell

Active Partner Company users (users with a unique user name and status of Active or On Hold) can be added to shells and assigned permissions, just like Sponsor Company users.

To add a member company to a shell:

  1. Go to the Company Workspace tab and switch to Admin mode.
  2. In the left Navigator, select Company Sponsored Shells, select the [shell type], and open the [shell instance].
  3. In the left Navigator, select Member Companies.
  4. In the Member Companies log, click Add.

    The Add Member Companies window opens. This window lists the available Partner Companies that can be added to the shell as a member company.

    You can click the Find button to search for a particular company by Company Name or Contact Name.

  5. Select one or more companies from the list and click the Add Member button.
  6. When the Confirmation appears, click Yes.

    The company is added to the Member Companies log.
