Delete a Group

Company Administrators can delete an existing user group from the shell. This section describes how to manually delete a user group from a shell.

Note You can delete a user group from a specific shell template but not from other shells that have been created using the template.

To delete an existing user group:

  1. Go to the Company Workspace tab, and switch to Admin mode.
  2. In the left Navigator, select Templates, select Shells, select the [shell type], and open the [shell template].
  3. In the left Navigator, select User Administration, and then select Groups.
  4. Select a user group from the log.
  5. Select Delete.

    Note System prompts the user asking to confirm deletion of the user group.

  6. Select Yes to delete the user group.
