Create a Worksheet in a Shell Template

You can create a worksheet in the project/shell template Cost Manager by copying from a template or copying from a project/shell.

To create a worksheet from a template:

  1. Go to the Company Workspace tab and switch to Admin mode.
  2. In the left Navigator, select Templates, select Shells, select the [shell type], and open the [shell template].
  3. In the left Navigator, select Cost Manager, and then select Cost Sheet.
  4. From the toolbar, click Create, select Worksheet, and then select From Template. This option lets you create a worksheet by copying one from a company-level template.
  5. In the Create Worksheet Template dialog box, select a worksheet template, and click Save.

To create a worksheet from another project/shell:

  1. Go to the Company Workspace tab and switch to Admin mode.
  2. In the left Navigator, select Templates, select Shells, select the [shell type], and open the [shell template].
  3. In the left Navigator, select Cost Manager, and then select Cost Sheet.
  4. From the toolbar, click Create, select Worksheet, and then select From Projects.
  5. In the Create Worksheet from Project dialog box, click Select.

    The Worksheets dialog box lists worksheets from all projects/shells.

  6. Select any Cost Sheet, click Select, and then click the Save button to create a Cost Sheet.
