Create a Commitment Summary Sheet
To create a Commitment Summary sheet:
- Go to the Company Workspace tab and switch to Admin mode.
- In the left Navigator, select Templates, select Shells, select the [shell type], and open the [shell instance].
- In the left Navigator, select Cost Manager, and then select Commitment Summaries. The Commitment Summaries log opens.
- From the toolbar, click Create Structure. The Select Template window opens.
- Choose a template and click OK.
- Click Columns to add columns.
- To edit the sheet properties, click File, and select Properties.
- In the General tab, enter a unique Name and an optional Description.
- In the Options tab, enter the following column names: Ref, Cost Code, Code Name, Breakdown, and Description.
Depending on the design in uDesigner, some columns may not display in the Commitment Summary sheet.
- Click OK.
