Designing a Standard Log

  1. Go to the Company Workspace tab and switch to Admin mode.
  2. Open the log as follows:

Code and Records-based Manager

1. In the left Navigator, select uDesigner, and then select Configurable Modules.

2. On the right pane, double-click the name of the manage.

3. On the right pane, double-click the name of the attribute form.

4. In the left Navigator, select Log, and then select Standard.

5. On the right pane, click New.

Document

1. In the left Navigator, select uDesigner, and then select Document Manager.

2. On the right pane, double-click the name of the attribute form.

3. In the left Navigator, select Log. uDesigner automatically creates a log for the Document Manager.

4. On the right pane, double-click the name of the log.

Plan

1. In the left Navigator, select uDesigner, and then select Planning Manager.

2. On the right pane, double-click the name of the planning type.

3. For a log for a planning sheet, in the left Navigator, select Planning Sheet, and then select Log. On the right pane, double-click the name of the log.

4. For a log for a planning item, in the left Navigator, select Planning Item, select Log, and then select Standard. On the right pane, click New.

Resource

Role

1. In the left Navigator, select uDesigner, and then select Resource Manager.

2. On the right pane, double-click the name of the attribute form.

3. In the left Navigator, select Log. uDesigner automatically creates a log for the resource or role.

4. On the right pane, double-click the name of the log.

Schedule Manager Resource Assignment

1. In the left Navigator, select uDesigner, and then select Schedule Manager.

2. On the right pane, double-click the Resource Assignment attribute form.

3. In the left Navigator, select Log.

4. On the right pane, click New.

Shell Type

1. In the left Navigator, select uDesigner, and then select Shell Manager.

2. On the right pane, double-click the shell type.

3. In the left Navigator, select Log, and then select Standard.

4. On the right pane, click New.

User Administration

1. In the left Navigator, select uDesigner, and then select User Administration.

2. On the right pane, double-click the user attribute form in the right pane.

3. In the left Navigator, select Log, and then select Company Users Log or Partner Users Log.

4. On the right pane, click New.

The Log Page Design window opens. Complete the tabs as described in the following sections.
