Activate or deactivate company funds
You can active or deactivate company funds, which controls their availability for project/shell funding. If you set a fund to "Inactive" at company level, that fund will no longer be available for project/shell-level funding sheets; however, if a fund is already listed on a project/shell funding sheet, inactivating the fund at the company level will not affect the fund.
To set the company fund status:
- Go to your Company Workspace tab and switch to User mode.
- In the left Navigator, select Cost Manager, and then select Funding.
- Open the company funding sheet.
- From the toolbar, click Menu Options ( ), and then select Fund Status. The Fund Status window opens.
- Select a fund in the table, and then click Activate or Deactivate.
- Click Close to exit the window.
