Configuring Primavera Cloud UDFs for Each Data Source

To extract and load a subset of Primavera Cloud user-defined fields (UDFs):

  1. Sign in to Analytics Administration application:

    http://<host>:<port>/p6rdb

  2. In the sidebar, select icon Status.
  3. In the All list, select staretl<id> or a <custom name for data source>.
  4. In the left pane, select icon UDFs.
  5. Select any of the following tabs to migrate the corresponding UDFs for the selected data source:
    • Activity
    • Project
  6. Select any of the following sub-tabs to migrate a UDF type:
    • Cost
    • Date
    • Non-Cost: Number and Integer UDF types are displayed in the 'Non-Cost' folders.
    • Text
      • Notes:
      • A maximum of 200 UDFs is supported for each area (Project, Activity) and data type.
      • By default, only those UDFs that have been enabled through Primavera Analytics Administration application are exposed.
  7. To select a UDF to be migrated:
    1. In the Available UDFs list, select a Primavera Cloud UDF you want to enable.
    2. Select Move Right.
  8. To deselect a UDF from being migrated:
    1. In the Enabled UDFs list, select the UDF you want to remove.
    2. Select left-arrow-button Move Left.
  9. Select Save Changes.
