Users Changing a Password

Users can log in to the identity domain to change their password. The new password must comply with the relevant password policy.

To change a password:

  1. From the Primavera Portal, log into the identity domain application with your user name and password.
  2. Click Change My Password.
  3. In the Old Password field, enter your current password.
  4. In the New Password field, enter your new password.
  5. In the Confirm New Password field, re-enter your new password.
  6. Click Submit.

Note: Wait five minutes before logging into an account after you have changing a password.
