ODI Java EE Agent

Use the following estimates for sizing:

• Connection pool size for ODI master reposiroty: ~15 per data source
• Connection pool size for ODI work repository: ~5 per data source
• Go to ODI java EE agent weblogic server Services\Data Sources\<datasourceName>\Connection Pool, Recommended values for ODI master and work repositories:
  • odiMasterRepository
  • Initial Capacity: 10
  • Max Capacity: 150
  • min Capacity: 10
  • odiWorkRepository
  • Initial Capacity: 10
  • Max Capacity: 150
  • Min capacity: 10

After running the java EE agent for a period of time, to decide the optimum values, go to:java EE agent weblogic server Services\Data Sources\<datasourceName>\Monitoring and use Active Connections High Count as a reference to set the optimal value.
