You must have the appropriate security permissions in order to use and configure PM Bridge. Your security permissions determine which PM Bridge features you can access and use, and the Primavera Portfolio Management objects, items, folders, and portfolios with which you can work. Security permissions are set in Primavera Portfolio Management.
