Tables enable you to view multiple category values in a single component. The arrangement of data in columns and rows allows you to easily scan the data and make comparative evaluations and summaries.

The following types of dataentry cells exist in a Table:

To edit data in a table:

  1. Double-click a cell in the table.

    Note: When you double-click a cell in the table, cells that are calculated, read-only, or restricted become covered with gray diagonal lines to indicate that they are disabled during the updating process.

  2. Enter a value directly in the cell, or, if available, click the drop-down list arrow button to display a drop-down list of available values or indicators and select the desired option.
  3. Repeat steps 2-4 as necessary.

    Note: Press TAB or ENTER to move from one cell to another when entering values.

  4. From the toolbar, click Submit.
