Selecting Accounting Tags in PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface
When creating transactions using the PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface, users who can determine the accounting distribution for the transaction can use Accounting Tags.

The specific product.
The specific tag group (tag groups are associated using the Assign Tag Groups component)
Tags that don’t have tag groups.
The permission list assigned to user signed into the accounting tag component.
The user ID signed into the accounting tag component.
The security setting for all users.
The filter options selected.
