Using the Application Data Sets for PeopleSoft Payables Options
PeopleSoft uses the Payables Options Page to define the SetID level details that are used in Payables while creating a voucher. There are various Pages/Fields to be entered to complete this Setup. For this reason, it is advantageous to create the Payables Options in a development database and use Application Data Set (ADS) definitions to migrate this data between development environments, test environments, and ultimately to a production environment.

All relevant records are delivered in the Query Access Tree (QUERY_TREE_AP) within the AP BUSINESS UNITS access group (PeopleTools, Security, Query Security, Query Access Manager).
PeopleSoft delivers an ADS Administrator permission list. For access, the AP BUSINESS UNITS access group should be included on the Data Migration page within the Access Group Permissions and access is given on the Copy Compare Permissions.
