Understanding the PeopleSoft Fluid Comprehensive Customer View

Built using the Fluid Configurable Analysis Framework, the Fluid Comprehensive Customer View consolidates content focused around key performance indicators and provides the following:

  • Customer profile information.

  • Customer analytics.

  • Transactional information at both summary and detail levels.

  • Comparative analysis of customers.

The Fluid Comprehensive Customer View consists of the Comparison and Analysis views, and displays multiple pivot grids containing metrics, analytics, graphs, and transaction details that correspond to customers.

In Comparison view you can select two or more customers and compare their data side-by-side. In Analysis view you can drill down to the metrics associated with a single customer. The Customer Transaction Wheel provides direct access to transaction pages associated with a customer.

The Fluid Comprehensive Customer View is similar to the PeopleSoft Classic Comprehensive Customer View, but has all the advantages of PeopleSoft Fluid technology, including the ability to analyze key performance indicators using a mobile device.

Note: The Fluid Comprehensive Customer View supports tablets and desktops, but not cell phones.
