Apply To	Apply changes to the Visible data on the spreadsheet (if you entered filtering criteria), to the Hidden rows (the complementary records that are hidden if you applied a filter criteria), or to All records in the spreadsheet. Note: You can view only 30–50 rows of the spreadsheet at one time. Visible refers to rows listed on the spreadsheet and not rows that are visible on the current screen. If you download 1,000 list prices and apply a filter that selects 300 of those 1,000 records, then 300 records will be visible.
