Using Job Boards to Apply to Postings

The steps to applying to a job posting that is on a job board are:

  1. The candidate searches for jobs using an external job board page.

  2. The candidate selects interested positions and clicks the Apply Now button using the Staffing Job Board page.

  3. The system takes the candidate to the Apply Online component.

    The system sends the job board ID and parameters to the Apply Online component.

  4. The candidate enters or loads application information and resume.

  5. The Apply Online component transfers the job and candidate information into PeopleSoft applicant records.
