Understanding the Queries Pagelet

The Query section of the Reports/Queries tab include links to Query Manager, sample queries, and Pivot Grids. When a query link is selected, the results appear in the work area of the WorkCenter or in a new window. Query results can be saved to Microsoft Excel.

This example illustrates the fields and controls on the Pivot Grid — Asset Hierarchy Cost page.

Pivot Grids display information about the work order cost, maintenance cost for the asset, estimated cost variance, and scheduled cost variance. Data appears in graphical format and is based on the filter criteria entered by the user.
