  • View payment information.

  • Create customer conversations.

  • Choose invoice delivery options.

PeopleSoft eBill Payment self-service applications, available in the Classic and Fluid user interfaces, enable customers to receive invoices, access supporting information, and make payments using the internet. Self-service applications are an improved alternative to automated telephone prompting systems, and they reduce the workload for internal support staff and customer service representatives.

PeopleSoft Fluid eBill Payment is a complete online payment center where you can pay your bills and keep track of your account – on the go – on a smartphone or any mobile device.

The Fluid eBill Payment keeps and extends Classic eBill Payment functionality, adding Quick Pay and the Message Center.

Note: To implement PeopleSoft eBill Payment, you must first set up the PeopleSoft Billing and PeopleSoft Receivables applications.
