Common Elements Used When Setting Up and Using the Supply/Demand Dashboard

These fields and descriptions are common for multiple pages that are used when setting up and using the Supply/Demand Dashboard.

Field or Control

Description

Chart / Search Links

Click to select one of these options:

Dashboard Main Page – Select to access the Supply/Demand Dashboard Page.
Quick Change Search – Select to access the Quick Cascading Search Page.
Multiple Chart Templates – Select to access the Multiple Chart Search Page.
Combo–Source Charts – select to access the Combo-Source Search Page.

Chart Quadrants (1–4)

Field or Control	Description
(Refresh chart data)	Click the Refresh Chart Data icon to reload the results of the template. This icon can be used after making changes to the data being displayed.
Search	Click or hover over this link to view or access the search criteria that was used to display the chart. You can change any of the fields for this view.
(Bar chart)	Click the Bar Chart icon to view the data as a bar chart.
(Pie chart)	Click the Pie Chart icon to view the data as a pie chart.
(Change chart properties)	Click the Change Chart Properties icon to access the Chart Properties Page.
Analytic	Select another analytic option to view the data. Options are listed in the Analytic field for the Multiple Chart Search Page or the Combo-Source Search Page.
(Show/hide search criteria)	Click the Show/Hide Search Criteria icon to display or hide a Search Criteria page. This page displays the values of the search. It is display only and for informational purposes. The icon is a toggle icon meaning that it is on or off.
(View chart and data)	Click the View Chart and Data icon to access a page that displays one chart and the corresponding detail data for the chart in a table format. This page can be used to perform mass changes, take actions on multiple lines, and take actions on the chart. For more information about this view, see Chart and Chart Detail Page. Note: Performing mass changes is a secure feature and a user must be granted access to this feature in order to see mass change options.
Main Page	Click this link to return to the main startup page.
(View data)	Click the View Data icon to view a tale of the corresponding data for the chart in a table format. For more information about this view, see Chart and Chart Detail Page.
(Expand chart)	Click the Expand Chart icon to enlarge the chart. You can use this view to change the analytic option and apply actions to the chart.
