Description

Run the process for all learnings

When this option is selected, the process runs for the whole catalog for all the learners.

Run for specific set of learnings

When this option is selected, the process runs for only those learnings selected in the grid below.

Learning Type

Select the type of learning for which the process is run. Available options are Classes, Programs, and Both Classes and Programs.

Do not chargeback learner's department

Select to display the Enter Charge Back Informationsection and enter the charge back account details.

Account

Enter the charge back account. The process charges back to this account when there is cost associated with the learning.This is a required field.

Use the Mandatory Notifications page (LM_RUNCTL_ML_NOTIF) to process notifications for the mandatory learnings.
