The Job Change Request transaction is the self-service transaction that works with Manage Labor Administration. Managers use this transaction to enter the regulatory region, action code, and reason for the action. The HR administrator is notified and reviews the request. If the HR administrator approves the request, the Works Council is notified.

Managers can use the Review Job Change Request transaction to see the status of the request.
