Approving the Reference Period
When you have run all of the profit sharing processes and you are satisfied with the results, you must change the status of the reference period to Approved. Use the Reference Period component to change the status. Navigate to the component as follows:
Note: Employees cannot view their profit-sharing funds until you change the reference period status to Approved.
