Understanding Accumulator Adjustments in Case of Late Termination

Global Payroll for Switzerland does not have retro calculation for previous year(s). Thus in case of „late termination of an employee ( i.e Termination was on or before 31.12.YYYY and is keyed in after last month of year is already finalized) we miss the automated creation of the CP-accumulator set. If there is a payment next year(s) for such an inactive employee, the payroll does not have sufficient information to calculate legal deduction correct in all scenarios. To fix this situation, user needs to fill the missing set of CP-Accumulators.. under ../ Adjust Balances / Accumulators

one by one as of the most recent Calendar Group ID for previous year.
