Processing Monthly Remuneration Data for August

Perform these steps in July:

  1. Run and finalize the payroll process for July.

  2. Run the Load Monthly Remuneration process for the payroll.

  3. Review the result on the Monthly Remuneration Result page.

  4. Print the Monthly Standard Remuneration Calculation Report (revised) for August.

  5. Run the Update Monthly Remuneration process for August with selection criteria 0 (regular process).

  6. If the Social Insurance Provider requests that the candidates be excluded for occasional revisions in August and September from the Regular Decision Report, print the Monthly Standard Remuneration Calculation Report (regular) with selection criteria 8 (Modori Regular Decision in August).

  7. Run the Update Monthly Remuneration process for July with selection criteria 8 (Modori Regular Decision in August).

The data in categories 3 and 4 are judged if they are subject to occasional revision in August.

In the following table, data categories 3-1 and 4-1 are subject to occasional revision. Data categories 3-2 and 4-2 are not decided. The system also updates the Remuneration Result row for July from Regular Decision to N/A.

Only data that is not subject to occasional revision in August and is not a candidate for occasional revision in September (categorized as 3-2) are printed and updated in July.
