Processing Monthly Remuneration Data for July

Perform these steps in June:

  1. Run and finalize the payroll process for June.

  2. Run the Load Monthly Remuneration process for salary for June.

  3. Review the result on the Monthly Remuneration Result page.

  4. Print the Monthly Standard Remuneration Calculation Report (revised) for July.

  5. Do either of the followings:

    • If the Social Insurance Provider requests that the candidates for Occasional Revisions in August and September be included in the Regular Decision Report, print the Monthly Standard Remuneration Calculation Report (Regular) and the Monthly Standard Remuneration Calculation Report (Summary) with selection criteria 0 (include future occasional candidates).

    • If the Social Insurance Provider requests that the candidates for Occasional Revisions in August and September be excluded from the Regular Decision Report, print the Monthly Standard Remuneration Calculation Report (regular) and the Monthly Standard Remuneration Calculation Report (summary) with selection criteria 7 (exclude future occasional candidates).

  6. Run the Update Monthly Remuneration process for July with selection criteria 0 (regular process).

Note: Regular Decisions in August and September are not considered in Social Insurance.

The data printed on the Monthly Standard Remuneration Calculation Report (regular) depends on the Social Insurance Provider’s request for the report. It can only be the data in category 1 (if the Social Insurance Provider requests that future candidates be excluded) or all the data in categories from 1 - 4 (if the Social Insurance Provider requests future candidates be included in the report).

Regarding the data that are updated by the Update Monthly Remuneration process, the category of the data is the same regardless of the request from the Social Insurance Provider about the report. Only the data in category 1 are updated into the Social Insurance Payee Data table for all situations.
