Generating the Year-End Data Audit Report

The Year-End Data Audit report creates a list of the amounts to be reported on employee W-2 forms. The data for this report comes from the year-end data records loaded by the load program and corrected using the W-2 online form.

When you run the report, you can:

• Sort by department, mail drop, pay group, state, or zip code, or select the no sort option.

• Within a specific sort option, order the results by employee ID (EmplID), employee last name, or Social Security number.

  Note: The default is employee last name.

• In addition, you can run the report for all reporting companies, selected reporting companies, or selected employees only.
