Select the payslip that the employee wants to display and instruct payroll whether to print a hard copy of the payslip. |
Employees can view their payslips using the View Payslip transaction. When an employee views his payslips, the system displays a list of all available payslips, 10 at a time. To display the detailed payslip, the employee selects the date link.
If the Enable Option in Self Service field is selected on the Self Service Payslip Options page, the employee can indicate whether he or she wants to receive a printed copy of the employee's payslip.
