Unistats/KIS Return: Institution Entity
The Create Extract process creates a single Institution entity and saves it to the Institution Extract record (SSR_HE_INST_EXT).
Where fields are derived from the Institution HESA Data record, values are selected from the most recent effective dated record where the effective date falls on or before the end of the reporting period. Values are stored in the Institution Fields Extract record (SSR_HE_INTEX_FL).
