2.2.4 Adding online help to a Rule Template
When a Rule Template is created, online help can be added to the Rule Template to describe it in its generated Rule Set.
After online help is added, when the user clicks the context-sensitive help icon in the upper right corner of the associated
page, this online help explains how to use the page to configure the Rule Set.This help is standalone, and is not part of the online help provided by Customer Care Center as part of the Mediation feature.
